Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes information handling for the public website at parler.si. The Site is operated by Parler Technology LLC, which is the site operator and, where applicable, the data controller for the processing described here. For privacy questions, contact [email protected] or write to Parler Technology LLC, 2222 W. Grand River AVE STE A, Okemos, MI 48864, USA.
This notice covers parler.si only. The separate Sub2API portal at api.parler.si and third-party websites linked from parler.si have separate systems and data practices.
What the Site currently does
The Site is a static publication. It currently has no visitor accounts, comment system, contact form, newsletter signup, membership checkout, or payment processing. A Premium label is an editorial label only; it does not currently collect payment or create a membership record. We have not configured advertising trackers, behavioral-advertising pixels, or third-party analytics for this Site.
Information processed when you visit
The Site is designed to be delivered through Cloudflare Pages and its content-delivery network. When a page is served through Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to route, deliver, and protect the Site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, referrer, browser or device configuration, and traffic or security signals. Cloudflare describes its handling of end-user traffic in its Privacy Policy.
The static Site does not create visitor accounts or maintain an application-level browsing profile. Hosting and security logs, if generated, are managed through the hosting provider’s service and settings and may be retained under its applicable terms and policies.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive the email address and any name, message, or attachment you include. We use that information to read and respond to your request, handle corrections or feedback, and keep a record where reasonably necessary. Email also passes through the mail providers used to send and receive it. Please do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
Cookies, analytics, and external links
The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use cookies for visitor login. Your browser may cache pages and images. The hosting provider may use technical security measures, including strictly necessary cookies if needed to deliver or protect the service.
Articles may link to external websites. If you follow a link, the destination receives your request and handles it under its own privacy notice. We do not control those sites.
Why information is used and when it is shared
We use information only as needed to publish and protect the Site, answer messages, and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, Site operation and security are based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable publication; messages are handled to respond to the request; and legally required records are retained to meet the relevant obligation.
Technical request data may be processed by Cloudflare when it provides hosting, delivery, or security services. Email content is handled by the email providers that carry and store the message. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its visitors, or legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical information may be processed in locations outside your country. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its international processing and safeguards. If we add analytics, accounts, paid access, or other data-collecting features, we will update this policy before those features launch.
Retention and security
We do not maintain a Site account database or visitor profile. Hosting-provider logs are subject to the provider’s service settings and retention practices. We retain email correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where practical.
We use reasonable measures to protect information we control. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some laws also provide data portability or the right to complain to a regulator. The European Commission provides an overview of individual rights under the GDPR.
To make a request, email [email protected] and describe what you need. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and locate the request. We will respond under the deadlines and exceptions in the law that applies. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Children
The Site is a general technology publication and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at the address above so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy when the Site or its data practices change. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we publish a new version.
